Dear users, welcome to use the Asring APP (hereinafter referred to as “this product”) developed by Axisera (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Please read the following service agreement before use. By using this product, you agree to accept this agreement, which is legally binding. Please read carefully the clauses that exempt or limit Axisera’s related responsibilities. 2. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing or using this product, the user agrees to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. We will modify the terms of service from time to time. Once the terms of service are changed, the modified content will be prompted on important pages. If you do not agree with the modified content, you can choose to give up using the services provided by this product. If the user continues to use the services of this product, it is deemed that the user accepts the changes in the terms of service. This product reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service at any time without notifying the user. This product does not need to be responsible to the user or the third party for exercising the right to modify or interrupt the service.

3. User Behavior

3.1 User data security
This product uses the speech recognition framework provided by Apple. It has no server and the data generated by users using this product is only retained locally.

3.2 Asring VIP Subscription Service Details

After users become Asring VIP, they can use all the functions of the app without any restrictions during the Asring VIP subscription period.

Asring VIP is a continuous monthly subscription service. After you confirm the payment, the monthly subscription fee will be charged. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel the subscription or disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the iTunes account settings after completing the purchase.

4. Service Content

The specific service content of this product is provided by Axisera based on actual conditions. Axisera may change the services provided, and the service content provided by Axisera may change at any time.
