Feelio is an AI companion character application that provides users with multiple AI characters featuring different personalities. Users can interact with AI characters through text or voice, and can also upload images to generate new AI character appearances.

When you use Feelio (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), Axis Era (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the provider of the Product, may collect and use your relevant information. How You Access and Control Your Personal Information

• Your chat data with AI characters is stored locally on your device. You may freely view, share, or delete your chat records. We do not retain chat data that you have deleted.
• Your purchase records can be viewed on the order page, which displays your Feelio membership expiration date and remaining credits or points.
• Data generated when you use the Product’s features will not be shared with unrelated third parties, and the Product does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the services described.

Third-Party Services Used by the Product

To support product functionality and data security, we use the following third-party services:

Alibaba Cloud OSS Object Storage SDK

Purpose: Temporarily stores user-uploaded voice data or image data to complete AI processing workflows.
Data is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the relevant functionality and is protected by appropriate security measures.

Large Language Models, Image Models, and Video Models

Purpose: Used for user–character conversations, character appearance generation, and character settings.
Data is stored on cloud servers, and users may edit or delete related data.

User Consent and Permission Management

Before you use features involving voice input or image uploads, we will clearly inform you about relevant data usage and obtain your consent before processing such data.

The Product may request the following system permissions:

• Microphone permission: Used for voice input
• Photo library / file access permission: Used to select and upload images

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s system settings.

Scope of This Policy

All services provided by the Product are subject to this Privacy Policy. If specific services have separate privacy notices or guidelines, those notices shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.
