1. Introduction

Dear User, welcome to the Feelio App (hereinafter referred to as “this Product”) developed by Axisera (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
Before using this Product, please carefully read the following Service Agreement. By using this Product, you agree to accept this Agreement, which shall have legal effect. In particular, please pay close attention to clauses that exempt or limit the liability of Axisera.

2. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Terms of Service

By accessing or using this Product, the user agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may modify the Terms of Service from time to time, and any changes will be indicated on prominent pages.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may choose to discontinue using the services provided by this Product. Continued use of the services shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

This Product reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Axisera shall not be liable to the user or any third party for exercising such rights.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Account Security

You may access and use the functions of this Product by logging in via verification code.

3.2 Prohibited Acts During Account Registration

Users must not register accounts using:

• The real names, titles, stage names, or pen names of Party or State leaders or other public figures;
• Names that impersonate any individual or organization, or falsely claim or imply an association with any individual or organization;
• Usernames that are identical or confusingly similar to those of other users;
• Usernames that are obscene, unhealthy, discriminatory, insulting, or vulgar;
• Usernames that may cause ambiguity or mislead others.

3.3 Prohibited Content

Users shall not post any illegal information or images on this Product, including but not limited to content that:

• Opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
• Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
• Damages national honor or interests;
• Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
• Violates state religious policies or promotes cults or feudal superstition;
• Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
• Contains obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incites criminal activities;
• Insults or defames others or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
• Contains other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

In addition, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, defaming, threatening, or impersonating other users of this Product;
• Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, or gatherings that disrupt public order;
• Publishing files or information that may infringe upon the rights of third parties, including but not limited to virus code, hacking programs, or cracked software registration information;
• Uploading works created by others, including works downloaded, captured, or collected from the Internet;
• Uploading advertisements, banners, logos, or other promotional images.

4. Service Content

The specific services provided by this Product shall be determined by Axisera based on actual conditions. Axisera reserves the right to modify or adjust the service content at any time.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Disclosure of User Information

Respecting users’ personal privacy is a fundamental policy of ours. We will not disclose, edit, or reveal users’ registration information or non-public content stored in this Product without lawful authorization, except in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

• As required by applicable laws or Axisera’s lawful service procedures;
• In emergency situations to protect the rights and interests of users or the public;
• Other circumstances where disclosure, editing, or provision of personal information is necessary.

5.2 Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Personal identification information left by users when using this Product’s servers;
• Various types of information transmitted by users through this Product’s servers to other users or non-users.

We place great importance on protecting users’ personal privacy and have formulated a separate Privacy Policy. By using the services provided by this Product, users acknowledge and agree that they have accepted the Privacy Policy.

5.3 Information Disclosure and Sharing

We will not intentionally disclose, lease, or sell users’ personal information or data to any third party, except under the following circumstances:

• With the user’s explicit consent;
• Where disclosure of personal information is necessary to provide the products or services requested by the user;
• Where the user violates this Agreement or any other applicable terms governing the use of our products or services.

5.4 Non-Personal Information

In order to improve this Product and provide a better user experience, we may collect, use, or provide to third parties users’ non-personal information.
