Feelio is an AI companion application that provides users with multiple AI characters featuring different personalities. Users can interact with these characters through text or voice, and may upload images to generate new AI character appearances.

When you use Feelio (the “App”), Axisera (“we”, “us”, or “our”), as the service provider, may collect, use, store, and share certain personal information. This Privacy Policy explains clearly and transparently:

We do not collect such content in the background, nor do we access your camera or microphone without your action.

2. Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing

To provide core functionalities such as AI conversations, speech recognition, and AI-generated character images, the App will send user-submitted content to third-party AI service providers only after obtaining your explicit consent.

Generate AI character appearances based on uploaded images

Device unique identifiers
Any information that can directly identify the user

Unless such information is voluntarily entered by the user as part of the content.

5. Data Storage and Protection

Third-party AI providers commit to data protection standards no less stringent than those of the App

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

AI chat content is primarily stored locally and can be deleted by the user at any time
Deleted data will not be retained by us
Purchase records can be viewed on the order page
You may stop using specific features or delete your account at any time

6. Third-Party Services

To provide core functionality and ensure data security, the App uses third-party services, including:

Object storage services for temporary storage of uploaded voice or image data
AI model services for AI conversations, speech recognition, and character image generation

All third-party services act solely as data processors and provide data protection standards equal to or higher than those of the App.

7. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by the App. If specific services have separate privacy notices, those notices shall prevail.
